LUCARIS 与周国平先生 (大中华香港品酒师协会主席)合作, 在上海市的朗廷酒店举办大师班晚宴。这是一次为餐厅和葡萄酒窖的主要领导品牌方举办的独家晚宴。晚宴在于2017年11月3日在上海的新天地举办。
周先生带领参加者体验了米其林星级厨师主理的现代中餐与世界级葡萄酒和LUCARIS挚选系列的搭配中所创造出的奇迹。晚宴中,展示了Aerlumer®, 在杯底的五旋纹设计, 在轻轻晃动酒杯时,五旋纹设计让葡萄酒和空气之间发生多样化的互动, 从而促进微氧化, 并软化葡萄酒。
晚宴的另一个亮点是与中国最大的电子商务平台天猫合作,通过直播的方式向中国各地的葡萄酒爱好者传播了宝贵的食品和葡萄酒知识。

Mr. Chow led the participants to experience the miracle of pairing between modern Chinese cuisine by the Micheline star chef and the world’s wines featuring with LUCARIS Desire collection. Aerlumer®, the five curl lines at the bowl bottom, allows the diversified interaction between wine and air, encourages the micro-oxidation, and softens the wine while swirling.
The highlight was the live broadcasting with TMALL, the China’s biggest e-commerce which spread the valuable knowledge of food & wine paring among the wine lovers across China.
