What is St. Germain Spritz?

The St. Germain Spritz is a variation of the classic Aperol Spritz, but with St. Germain elderflower liqueur replacing the Aperol. St. Germain adds a touch of floral sweetness and complexity to the drink, making it a truly unique and refreshing experience.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Prosecco or other sparkling wine
  • 1 oz St. Germain liqueur
  • 1/2 oz soda water
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Crafting St. Germain Spritz

Fill a chilled Lucaris Crystal glass with ice.  Add the Prosecco, St. Germain liqueur, and soda water to the glass.  Gently stir to combine.  Garnish with a lemon twist.  PS: For an extra refreshing touch, add a sprig of fresh elderflower to your glass. If you don’t have St. Germain, you can substitute another elderflower liqueur, such as elderflower champagne. Be sure to use chilled ingredients for the best results.
